Exploring dying does not begin because something is broken. It may begin with illness or loss, but it may also arise from curiosity: What matters now? What remains unfinished? How do I wish to live in the presence of impermanence?
Our work generally begins with conversation. From there, we discern together which forms of support may be helpful. There is no single right way to proceed. The process is shaped by your beliefs, needs, relationships, questions, and readiness.
Grief following sudden or traumatic death, including suicide loss
You remain the author of the journey. My role is to listen, accompany, and help us discern what support may be appropriate.
Let the Journey Lead the Way
A Process Guided by You
Illness, dying, and grief can make the world feel very small and isolating. Through attentive presence, conversation, ritual, and embodied contemplative practice, we may begin to remember the relationships and sources of meaning that continue to hold us.
We allow the needs of the moment to shape the process. I will not ask you to go somewhere you are not ready to go. I will accompany you in meeting what is here.
I will guide you wherever you show you are ready to explore.
